Wapi pay Ndichu brothers sentiment analysis

Brand Moran did a quick social listening analysis on Twitter mentions surrounding Wapi Pay brand after the emergence of a video of their Co-founders Eddie Ndichu and Paul Ndichu allegedly assaulting a woman on 17th Oct at Ole Sereni Hotel.

What we Tracked

Since it was a trending topic on  Kenyan web and Twitter, we wanted to get insights and sentiment analysis of the brand. We tracked Twitter Mentions of the term “Wapi Pay” on Twitter between 11.00 AM of 19th October 2021 and 12:00 Noon of 20th October 2021.

Brand Moran tracked 924 tweets with the matching keyword “Wapi Pay.”  From the 924 tweets, our tool identified the brand category to be Tech, Business related topic.
